Originals sign up for all 3 modules (original training plus renewal training parts 1 & 2) ($1275), Renewals sign up for renewal modules 1 & 2 ($850)

Payment Policies

Checks must be received 3 business days prior to class. A late fee of $10.00 applies to any payment that occurs within 72 hours of the course or later.

All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be transferred to any other student account. Refunds are not given for missed classes. If you don't show up for the class, you will need to re-register and pay again.

No payments are accepted at the class location.
